Amazing setting and restaurants and a stadium near the hotel. Big beds, an air conditioning, a kettle and a writing desk in the room...

The staff were super helpful, the room was clean and comfy, and the location was jaw-dropping! So close to all the main attractions and public transport.

Upon checking out, they tried to charge me more by saying that my Booked.net rate (valid when booking the hotel) expired and there is a higher rate now. After refusing to pay the higher rate (and saying that I only accept my rate or will leave the hotel), they charged me the original rate used when I booked the hotel.

Good location within walking distance to major shopping mall and popular night street market. It is also near to Forbidden City & Tienanmen Square.

No Wifi service in room(nowaday most people use tablets than Laptop), no mini-fridge, no english language cable channel E.g cnn, etc. Mattress is hard which could feel the coil spring when sleeping.

Great location here! Close to the city area, Line 1 subway stops, shopping streets, and local attractions. the Dongcheng district is a fantastic place to stay in 🏙️.

Huge and reasonably spacious room with bright green sofa's and comfortable experience. A wide array of supplies in the room: a kettle, a writing desk and a phone. Great setting in the central area, so close to Wangfujing & subway station as well as Beijing's most famous shopping street.

I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was great. The rooms were recently renovated and although they were on the smaller side, I found them comfortable and clean. Plus, the location was unbeatable! Just a short walk away from the Forbidden City and other attractions. And the staff? They were amazing. A special shoutout to one of the receptionists were really nice to help me when I got stuck due to road closures. Saved my trip, no doubt.

The breakfast experience could have been better. A wider variety of options would have been nice.

internet is average speed (in comparison to other china hotels I visited it is great). clean, excellent location. good stuff in hotel. family room is rather big.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is so convenient, right above the Dongsi subway station and located near the famous Wangfujing shopping area. It's in the city centre, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The service from the staff is excellent, and they ensure that basic amenities are provided in the rooms, including crisp white linens and a clean bathroom. The rooms also have good facilities, especially on the higher levels. The breakfast, although not included, offers several Chinese dishes for a taste of local cuisine.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The stuff are very helpful. Very nice and comfortable hotel, the rooms are clean and the location is very good- 5 min. Walking to Wonfuging shopping street and to subway station.

My overall experience at Citytel Inn was excellent. I booked a single room for a night. I got my room straight away when I checked in at 8am. The room was exactly what it was shown on the website. Modern, clean. The hotel is about 7 min walk from the nearest subway, 5 min walk from Wangfujing Street. Very convenient.

The hotel's location is unbeatable for exploring the city's main sightseeings. It's only a short metro ride away from Tiananmen Square, with easy access to other attractions. the rooms are clean and well lit, with well, furnished private bathrooms. the hotel's staff are diligent and can speak enough English to make check, in/check, out easy. the breakfast options are diverse and satisfying. the hotel also offers free wired internet and provides LAN cables in rooms for convenience.

The hotel's English language skills can be improved.
